Dr.Det Death has been renewed for a second season in Peacock

Peacock is officially bringing back the hit Dr.Det series for a second season. Based on the Wondery podcast of the same name, the first season of Dr. Death is the story of disgraced real-life surgeon Christopher Donsch, who mutilated and killed 38 patients during his career. On Thursday, Peacock announced that Doctor Death will be getting a second season, and it will follow an anthology formula that tells the story of a different Doctor.

The second season of Dr. When investigative journalist Benita Alexander enters his life, the lines blur and people discover that Paolo isn’t exactly what he’s saying.

Patrick Macmanus served as writer, executive producer, and show director on the first season of Dr. Death, but will strictly participate in the second season as executive producer. Writer and EP Ashley Michel Hoban will step forward to take on show assignments for the new installment.
