Iman Villani wants to see Ms. Marvel Wolverine Team-Up

Season 1 of Mrs. Marvell Now in the books, the completely exclusive Disney+ series has left fans plenty to talk about. The first season heralded the debut of Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel (Iman Velani), and defied many people’s expectations of what her on-screen story might look like. As Kamala’s story continues in the Marvel Cinematic Universe marvels And beyond that, there is a question about what other Marvel characters could appear alongside them on screen. In a recent “Ask Me Anything” Q&A on Reddit, Vellani revealed the crossovers she’d like to see — in particular, Wolverine and Shocker.

The dynamic between Mrs. Marvel and Wolverine is best established in Kamala’s initial comic show, as the duo team up (reluctantly, in the case of the last character) to take on The Inventor, a bird-human hybrid who is a clone of Thomas Edison. Hints about The Inventor have already been dropped in the series’ early episodes, and with the end of season one now strongly suggesting that Kamala is a mutant, the possibility of seeing that on screen is definitely there.

“We’ve been talking about it for some time,” co-innovator Sana Amanat said of mutation detection. “That’s a really important thing that people don’t know – when we were thinking about the character of Kamala, again, back in 2012, 2013, when [G.] willow [Wilson, comic book writer] And I was thinking, we originally wanted to make it mutated. That was the whole intention, to be able to do this.”

“Is she a mutant, question mark?” Affiliate deposits. “I don’t know. I don’t know guys! All I know is that we use the word ‘boom,’ and that’s all I can say. I’ll say, I think that opens doors for a lot of people obviously great storytelling as a big fan, um… for the word” Boom.” I’m really happy about that.
