It has been reported that former Ring of Honor Impact wrestling star Michael Elgin has been arrested in Japan ahead of the Pro Wrestling NOAH event of which he was scheduled to be a part. Elgin was previously arrested in June and charged with violating a protection order against his ex-fiancée.
