A fresh look at the upcoming remake of The Last of Us – titled The Last of Us Part 1 – gave PlayStation fans another look at the PS5 game and the stunning graphical upgrade provided by Naughty Dog and Sony. The leak comes the way Reddit circulated before the post featuring the images was deleted. Fortunately, Twitter and other places have been quick to get receipts, which PlayStation and Naughty Dog aren’t hoping to completely remove from the internet.
One of the photos shows Tommy Miller, Joel’s brother. Not only does the image reveal the character’s huge graphic update, but the entire scene takes place in the image. The second image shows Joel and Tess, and the two players have already seen the regeneration of two characters. The third and final image features Joel, but further highlights the visual upgrade when it comes to the environments, which are as substantial as the character upgrades. Then there is a fourth image that also highlights the environmental improvements.
Below, you can see photos submitted by Twitter user “Dillon”. However, by the time you read this, the tweet below may have been deleted, so keep that in mind. If this happens, we will try to update the story with a new embed.
Unfortunately for Naughty Dog and Sony, this wasn’t the only leak. Much of the gameplay has also been leaked from the game’s introduction which features one of the most heart-wrenching moments in the entire title. It provides the same disclaimer for this leak as well.

Until the moment of publication, none of the parties involved had commented on this leak. However, when something like this gets leaked online, it’s usually because it’s about to be released. And even if not, this leak will now likely speed up the official release of this material if it isn’t imminent.
The Last of Us Part 1 On PS5 it will be launched worldwide on September 2.
