The end of Halloween gets an official poster

This week saw the release of the first look at The end of Halloween With a trailer, and while that was exciting enough on its own, the upcoming finale to David Gordon Green’s film trilogy also got an official poster. Much like how last year Halloween kills Choosing to put the charred and damaged profile of Michael Myers front and center, this new poster goes a similar path, although it features quite a bit of color to hint at a darker tone. Additionally, the poster does not even include the word “Halloween” as its title and instead contains much more ominously finish. Universal Pictures describes the film, “45 years later, the most famous horror franchise in film history reaches its epic and horrifying conclusion as Laurie Strode faces one last time against the incarnation of evil, Michael Myers, in a final showdown unlike any captured on screen before. One will remain. Only Them.Icon Jamie Lee Curtis returns for the last time as Laurie Strode, the first “terrible girl” and the role that launched Curtis’ career.Curtis has portrayed Laurie for more than four decades now, one of the longest-running pairs of actors and characters in cinema history. Franchise launch in 2018, Halloween It broke box office records, becoming the highest-grossing chapter in the franchise and setting a new record for the biggest weekend of a horror film starring a woman.

“Four years after the events of last year Halloween killsLaurie lives with her granddaughter Alison (Andy Matichak) and finishes writing her memoirs. Michael Myers has not been seen since. After allowing Michael’s ghost to define and lead her reality for decades, Laurie decides to free herself from fear and anger and embrace life. But as a young man, Corey Cunningham (Rohan Campbell; Hardy Boys, Virgin River), accused of killing a boy who was looking after his children, sparks a chain of violence and terror that will finally force Laurie to confront the evil she cannot control, once and for all.

The end of Halloween Returning co-stars cast Will Patton as Officer Frank Hawkins, Kyle Richards as Lindsey Wallace, and James Judd Courtney as The Shape. From the creative team that relaunched the franchise with 2018 Halloween And the Halloween killsDirected by David Gordon Green from a script by Paul Brad Logan (Manglehorn), Chris Bernier (the driver series), Danny McBride, and David Gordon Green, based on the characters created by John Carpenter and Debra Hill.
