The iconic training table restaurant in Utah is making a comeback after six years

Rumors are spreading fast that the popular Utah restaurant The Training Table is back after six years.

The restaurant chain was famous for having customers place their orders through table phones rather than waiters. The company operated for nearly 40 years before closing in 2016.

Now, there is an encrypted message on their website that is provoking them, and many Twitter users are discussing the same thing.

The Training Table is making a comeback

Rumors spread about the return of The Training Table in Utah after people checked out TheTrainingTable.com.

The website has the restaurant’s logo and a message that says “Delicious things are coming soon…” with a timer that says 78 days, 12 hours, at the time of writing (July 21). The countdown should end on October 22, 2022.

The site also asks visitors to add their email addresses to be notified of their upcoming actions.

The site also has a picture of the famous and iconic cheese fries at The Training Table.

Seeing the countdown and message on the site, fans of the popular restaurant, which closed again in 2016, think it’s set to reopen again.

They were reportedly closed due to a lawsuit

After nearly 40 long and successful years in business, The Training Table has closed its restaurants entirely. Five sites: Salt Lake City, Holladay, Leighton, Riverton and Sandy.

Fox Reports 13 The sites were closed after lawsuits were filed between family members.

CEO and President of the company, Stephanie Shard, presented a file original suit Against her father, Kent, who founded the restaurant chain in 1977.

Stephanie sought compensation for the loss of “past, present and future job opportunities”.

Kent filed a counterclaim accusing his daughter of causing him “extreme psychological stress, humiliation, distress, psychological and physical injury, as well as economic losses.”
