This year’s Marvel Studios panel at San Diego Comic-Con certainly delivered the goods when it came to the footage. The audience gathered in Hall H of the San Diego Convention Center had the opportunity to witness the world premiere of some exciting new previews of upcoming projects, including a whole new look at the upcoming project. She-Hulk: Attorney at Law A Disney + series and the first trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Of course, not all footage of the board has been officially released online after its debut – and that includes a thrilling stealth climax in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania that first appeared.
Director Peyton Reed and the stars of the new Marvel movie gathered on stage in Hall H this afternoon, and while they couldn’t actually say much about the movie during the question-and-answer portion of their appearance, they’ve made their picks up front, and I’ve broken down what’s shown to you below .
Catch up with Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) to start, the Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania The footage started at the City Lights Bookstore where we found out what Ant-Man has been up to since we last saw him. Avengers: Endgame: He was writing a book. The book is titled Looking for the little guy, appears confidently reading a passage in front of a cheering crowd – which includes a cheerful little boy dressed up as an ant-man. He explains that he’s still on call if the Avengers need him, but his main priority in life is to take care of his daughter Cassie. As he finishes class and the audience applauds, Scott’s phone rings, and the caller’s number tells him it’s SFPD – leading him to comment out loud, “Why is the prison calling?”
It turns out that the reason for summoning the prison is that Cassie (Catherine Newton) has been arrested, and Scott goes to the police station to pick her up. Back in the house, father and daughter sit with Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly), Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), and Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer), and it seems from context that Cassie was trying to do some guard work with each other. friends. Scott explains that he knows she’s just trying to help, and when Cassie says she’s trying to do something important, her dad reminds her that he “literally saved the world.” This comment received a fake shock from everyone else, who sarcastically remarked that he had never mentioned this fact before, and Janet told him he should write a book about it. Shouting it, the avenger replied, “You’re all welcome because you weren’t Dust.”
from there Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania The footage is starting to make its way into the story area…with not all that much revealed. The audio narration begins with Kang The Conqueror (Jonathan Majors), where the antagonist talks about Scott being a cool guy, but he doesn’t have a timely concept – it doesn’t unfold in a straight line. This dialogue is played out while the heroes are standing in a lab around some kind of device, which turns on unexpectedly. While it’s on, it emits a bright blue light that sends out an energy wave, and Cassie is sucked inside. When Scott Lang panics and tries to catch her, he’s also pulled inside the light, and as you could have imagined – all the heroes (including Janet, Hank, and Hope) are drawn into the quantum realm.
In the montage shots, we finally got to see the mysterious alternate dimension that was so impressive in both of them ant Man And the Ant man and the wasp, including a variety of alien aliens, crazy environments…and none other than Bill Murray (well, Bill Murray’s character, anyway). Dressed in blue, the enigmatic character Murray is especially elated to see Janet Van Dyne, who fans will remember as having spent decades trapped in the Quantum Realm before being rescued in the previous film in the series. As it appeared very succinctly is only ModocWhich was confirmed to appear in the movie after the footage was shown.
Kang’s voice continues, explaining that he knows how everything in Scott’s life ends. at the end of a file Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania Clip, the hero meets Kang face to face, and the confident hero explains, “I don’t know who you are, but you made a big mistake. I’m an avenger.” To this, Kang – emerging from the shadows and appearing on screen for the first time – replies,
Between his great visuals, revealing characters, humor, and thrills, he was Ant man and the wasp The footage got a huge reaction from the audience, and it’s clear that a Marvel Studios panel convinced the 6,500 attendees to check out the movie when it hits theaters next year.
