Stealth-based RPG planned for Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam on September 1, followed by Switch later in the year. Daedelic Entertainment has not announced a new release date for the game yet. However, players can assume that it will launch sometime around November/December. It is also still unknown whether or not this delay will affect the Nintendo Switch version of the game.

When the first trailer for Lord of the Rings: Gollum was released in 2021, fans complained about the game’s lack of graphics quality. Then the developers were forced to make the difficult decision to delay the game after facing the same backlash when a recent trailer for the game was released just two weeks ago. An additional two months will be used to improve the game in order to live up to fan expectations.

Lord of the Rings: Gollum is a story-based RPG in which players set out on a new journey from the Dark Tower to Mirkwood to restore the One Ring. The game will focus on stealth and cunning elements, allowing players to silently kill their enemies by passing through crowded places without anyone noticing. Players will have to act wisely, because every decision they make during their immersive story will have an impact on Gollum’s character.

Developed by Daedelic Entertainment, the highly anticipated adventure game will support up to a dozen languages, including French, Spanish, Polish, and Korean. In addition, players will be able to experience the game using their console. The official specifications for the PC system haven’t been revealed at the time of writing, but fans can now add the game to their wishlist via the game’s admin. steam page.
