Marvel confirms major change in Namor Atlantis

Namor Tenoch Huerta will soon make his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, introducing his undersea country in live action for the first time. While the source material depicts the Sub-Mariner as the property of Atlantis, Marvel Studios is making a flagship for the site. Within the MCU, the site will not be called Atlantis. Instead, it draws its inspiration from Aztec mythology and will be called Talocan in live action.

Wakanda forever Composer Ludwig Goransson revealed in a press release for Wakanda forever Introduction album.

“During the nights of these trips, we had recording sessions with contemporary artists who resembled the thematic characters and materials explored in the film,” the author wrote. “Using Ryan Coogler and Joe Robert Cole’s text as a blueprint, along with recordings of traditional musicians, we set out to build a musical vocabulary for the characters, stories, and cultures of the Talocan and Wakanda.”

Other than the name change, Namor seems shockingly comically accurate, including the iconic green summaries that the character is known for in sports. He also has winged corners, which allow him to fly.

At one point, the character was reported to have joined the Illuminati in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, although Michael Waldron said he moved the character to showcase other surprises.

“[We] Talk about him, because he’s definitely an original member of the Illuminati,” Waldron said. But I think Marvel has other plans for it in the MCU. Thus, he didn’t make his way into this particular movie.”
