And I would say that I think it wouldn’t have caused the Nexus event because of the inevitability of it. So it was a closed loop. This is what matters. …and it was also the fact that the cause of the Nexus event was…you know what? I’ll be yelled at by someone, either by a fan or by Marvel. I can’t say any. But I will say this, to me, it made perfect sense, and it fits with the logic of what was established in TVA, which seemed like the ultimate arbiter of the time, I think.
In addition to her work as lead writer and EP on Kamala Khan’s solo series, Bisha K. Ali has been a writer and story editor on the God of Mischief Show. So she’ll definitely be an authority when it comes to the way time travel works in the cinematic universe, and her logic makes sense. When she helps Sana find her father, Kamala doesn’t actually change anything but achieves something that was meant to happen. I think you could say it simply helped “fill a need” in the schedule.
Marvel has created some fairly interesting rules for time travelers, and some fans seem to think they’re clashing with each other.
