Loki Star reveals the fan-favourite’s return for Season 2

After the San Diego Comic-Con panel last weekend, the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is in a very strong position, with a significant number of films and Disney+ series dropping in the next few years. Including the highly anticipated second season loki, Which is now confirmed to debut sometime in the summer of 2023. As the first live-action Marvel Disney+ series to receive Season 2, there has been a lot of speculation about which items from Season 1 will carry over — and apparently, this will include a fan favorite. . In a recent interview with PopVerseMiss Minutes voice actress Tara Strong confirmed that she will be returning for a second season, saying that while she hasn’t scored streaks for the new season yet, “Spoiler—she’s in it! I know it.”

It will also return for the second season with Tom Hiddleston as Loki, JoJo Mbatha-Row as Ravona Rensselaer, Owen Wilson as Möbius Möbius, Sophia de Martino as Sylvie, and Eugene Cordero as Casey. Rafael Casal has been cast in a currently unknown lead role.

“It was so much fun,” Strong previously said. ComicBook.com for Miss Minutes. “I didn’t even know what it was when I was auditioning. I didn’t know it was loki. I didn’t know who Miss Mints really was. Normally, when you have an audition for a show, they’ll give you a sketch, they’ll give you a character description, and sometimes they’ll give you a bible show to see what the world is like. You may even get a full text. I didn’t have any of these things. I had a very brief description and aspects only, a small part of the test script with it. I remember calling my agent saying, “Who is this? Can we get more information? Is she conscious? Is it AI? Can we get anything else?” And they couldn’t. I didn’t know what it was until I booked it, and – of course – I was super excited.”

“In my test, as I usually do, I gave them about three different options — my own voice, then another AI voice, and then one in that accent that I really like,” Strong continued. “And then when I was on Zoom with Kate Herron, it became very collaborative, and it kind of slipped right into the perfect pocket of who she was. We played a lot, and we [improvised] So much, and it was kind of fun deciding who this very unique character really is.”
