Pizza Hut launches 4 new menu items

Pizza Hut may be best known for its pizza—the brand even recently brought back the beloved Edge Pizza for a limited time—but the iconic restaurant is branching out a bit with its menu, which includes the launch of four new types of oven-baked pasta. This will be the first time that Pizza Hut has not only expanded but revamped its pasta offering with new types and ingredients, including penne pasta and new sauces. The new pastas will be available starting Thursday, July 28 at restaurants nationwide.

The four oven-baked pastas are Chicken Alfredo, Italian Meatballs, Cheesy Alfredo, and Vegetables. Every oven pasta also comes with a side of garlic breadsticks because you can’t have pasta without breadsticks. You can check out the pasta descriptions below.

Chicken Alfredo: You can’t go wrong with this classic combination of creamy new Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, and oven-baked cheese.

Italian meat: Fill this delicious new recipe with sweet tomato sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and of course, cheese.

Cheesy Alfredo: A cheese lover’s dream features a new creamy Alfredo sauce and two layers of cheese with freshly baked Parmesan on top.

vegetables: A delicious blend of sweet tomato sauce, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, black olives and baked cheese.

Pizza Hut first introduced the Tuscan pasta range nearly two decades ago with the introduction of this pasta range in 2003. New oven-baked pastas have replaced Tuscan pasta, and according to Pizza Hut, the new range is a standout.

“Customers come to Pizza Hut for the best tasting pizza and new pizza innovations, but now we have excellent, great-tasting pasta at affordable prices for you or your family,” said Lindsey Morgan, Pizza Hut’s chief marketing officer. “This is my new order when I send lunch or dinner to friends or family.”

The four new oven-baked pastas are available nationwide starting at $8.99 each, or you can pair any two recipes for $13.99.
