First, you have to be 18 in most states to play, but in Arizona, you’re 21, then you have to visit an authorized lottery retailer – you can find a local retailer at lottery site. Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and the District of Columbia have online purchase options.
