During last night’s Gran Turismo World Series 2022 presentation, PlayStation officially revealed an upcoming crossover game between Gran Turismo 7 and popular fashion company Dior.
The cooperation He is set to offer a full range of unique leathers, including a helmet, a yellow driver’s clothing, a pair of boots, and a special paint for De Tomaso Mangusta. Kim Jones, artistic director of the men’s collection at Dior, designed all of these leathers exclusively for Gran Turismo 7.
The biker apparel is a complete yellow set with gray stripes on the chest to represent the large Dior logo, as well as the “47” below the logo, in reference to the first Christian Dior fashion show that took place in 1947. You can also notice the small, transparent Dior logos printed on the yellow uniform next to each other. Some with a beautiful pattern.
The helmet, on the other hand, features a gray body with blue glass on the front, representing the small printed Dior logos similar to the main outfit. You can also spot the Christian Dior name printed on the top and bottom of the helmet glass in parallel stripes.
When it comes to shoes, you can spot a large gray dominance with a small but lovely yellow edging around it. Pairs of shoes and gloves seem to go great with the overall look thanks to a great selection of colours.
When it came to the car, the designers chose a limited-edition De Tomaso Mangusta in a creamy yellow to avoid high gloss and keep the overall design simple but luxurious. Both doors feature the Dior logo on the bottom surrounded by straight gray stripes, while the large “47” rests on the hood with a design similar to the Costume 47, but in a slightly darker gray colour.
The Gran Turismo 7 Dior set will be launched as a complete package on August 25, 2022. There is no official announcement on the price of this unique and elegant set. Also, it remains a mystery whether you can purchase this bundle with your in-game currency, or if it will only be purchasable with real money.
