Sony is preparing to bring one of its most beloved gaming franchises to PlayStation Plus before the end of 2022. Overall, the number of titles on PS Plus has expanded significantly in recent months after the creation of PS Plus Premium and PS Plus Extra. Now, these levels of service are about to get even more worthwhile as the entire Yakuza series will soon be accessible from Sega via the PlayStation subscription platform.
Sony revealed this week that the entire Yakuza franchise (outside of its episodic entries) will be coming to PlayStation Plus in the near future. These additions will start next month when Yakuza: Like a dragonThe newest entry in the series is now available to all PlayStation Plus subscribers as part of the August lineup of free games. To keep up with this, Yakuza 0And the yakuza kioyamiAnd the Yakuza Kiwami 2 They will all arrive on PS Plus in August, too. Yakuza 3 remasteredAnd the Yakuza 4 remasteredAnd the Yakuza 5 RemasteredAnd the Yakuza 6: The Song of Life They are all planned to arrive on PS Plus at an unspecified date before the end of the year.
Although the full Yakuza saga will soon be playable via PS Plus, it’s worth noting that the entire series won’t be available across all service levels. Alternatively, here are the PS Plus versions you’ll need to play certain entries:
