ABC announced several new series regulars, and actress Amelia Shepherd Caterina Scorsone shared her thoughts on additions to the cast, and provided a small update for season 19.
Amelia wasn’t one of the doctors who left Gray Sloan last season, so it’s a safe assumption that she’ll be interacting with the few new faces decorating the hospital’s operating rooms. There is a script! Katrina Scorsone confirmed that Season 19 is underway, as she has streaks to learn. And I can’t be the only one who’s actually counting down Thursdays. It’s also comforting that the actress mentions the “classic crew,” even if we don’t know which of the returning cast members she’s referring to. I’d also love to hear that Scorsone is excited about the new regular series.
ABC has announced the addition of five new members to join instinct anatomy Season 19. Alexis Floyd, from Shonda Rhimes. It is also unknown if the Minnesota characters will return this season or not Looks like Ellen Pompeo’s Meredith is stuck in Seattle Despite wanting to move on, telling Nick Marsh (Scott Speedman) to get back to his life in Rochester.
One Minnesota character that I really hope we see more of is Amelia’s love interest, Kay Bartley (ER Fightmaster). after, after Looks like “Kaimelia” broke up before the endKai eventually shows up and tells Amelia that they’ve been torn apart by how things ended, giving us little hope that the pair can find a way to make it work. Certainly, we will continue to consider these possibilities as the new season approaches.
