Kaiju No. 8 Trailer

There are a lot of popular manga series that have not yet been adapted by animation, but one of the biggest has been made for the small screen. Kaiju No. 8 The story of a man looking to rid the world of giant threats by becoming a kaiju himself, Toho Studios is set to revive this brutal war as announced at this year’s Crunchyroll Expo. Needless to say, the series made it to the ground floor despite only arriving in 2020 in the pages of Shonen Jump.

Kaiju No. 8 It originated from the mind of creator Naoya Matsumoto, to introduce manga readers to a world in which the Japanese Defense Force tries to protect the world’s citizens from the attacks of giant monsters. If you haven’t read the series and want to know what all the fuss is about, it’s currently available on Manga Plus or the Shonen Jump app. It certainly wouldn’t be surprising to see Sky Rocket sales for the current manga series as anime fans prepare for the arrival of the anime adaptation, though the release date for the said TV series has yet to be revealed.
