The actress wore shadows during the “Better Together” episode and said she was drinking vodka and wine after being “affected” by what had been a bad day.
The clip has since been deleted, with Heche’s representative saying the recording took place on Monday, days before she suffered burns after her car caught fire in Los Angeles on Friday.
Heche admitted to drinking heavily during the show, and joked that fans should keep their “fingers” for her and co-host Heather Duffy to make it happen through taping.
The actress added that she’s been having some “very bad days,” but she wouldn’t reveal what’s bothering her.
“I don’t know what happened – sometimes the days are bad,” she said. “I was impressed – I was touched.
Before that, Heche and Duffy talked about what they were drinking during the recording.
“We’re sitting with Re: Find,” Heche said of the vodka, the same kind that appeared on Heche’s Mini Cooper in a photo taken before the accident.
“We have a bottle in front of us because our friends sent us a bottle of Re: Find.”
After her co-host added that a doctor told them they should drink vodka instead of wine, Heche stated, “We’ve listened! And we’re drinking it—with a wine chaser.”
TMZ first shared videos of the actress stretching away after crashing into a house in Mar Vista. The fire was so bad, it took 60 firefighters to put it out around the clock.
Heche is said to be in stable condition, according to Duffy.
“Her family and friends ask for your thoughts and prayers and to respect her privacy at this difficult time,” she said.
