As the most anticipated new anime release of the year, fans everywhere have been eager to see how the studio behind Attack on Titan: Final Season and Jujutsu Kaisen will deal with the wild and bloody Tatsuki Fujimoto series. But while fans were excited to see how the first part of the manga would take over into the anime world, the anime team itself is already planting the seeds for the future.
After a two-year hiatus since the end of the first part of the series, original franchise maker Tatsuki Fujimoto is back at Shueisha’s Jump with officially the second part of the series. This new era introduces a new main character and her intriguing demon, and MAPPA CEO Manabu Otsuka revealed during the Chainsaw Man panel at Crunchyroll Expo (which ComicBook.com was present) that the team wants to adapt this new series into an anime one day as well. .

Studio MAPPA CEO Manabu Otsuka has revealed that he is still far from confirming it Chainsaw Man Part 2 It will get an anime adaptation of its own, but the team at MAPPA is very hopeful that they can turn it into an anime one day. It’s certainly a long shot considering the team is focusing on the first part of the series at the moment (no matter how much they’re currently in production), but it’s also not hard to believe whether the anime adaptation will end up being just as successful as it makes the noise.
Part 2 of Chainsaw Man is currently unfolding with the latest manga chapter released with Viz Media’s Shonen Jump digital library. You can follow the three most recent chapters completely for free, and here you will get to know a completely different kind of series than Denji was during the first era of the series. If the response to the movie’s trailer and production so far is any indication, getting a sequel to the anime someday isn’t a wild idea.
