On Tuesday, series co-creators and presenters Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson said production for the series will begin at the end of August with the series looking to return sometime in early 2023. The series debuted in November 2021 with the conclusion of the first season. It aired on January 16.
“We’re looking forward to the first quarter of 2023,” Lyle said. wrap. “We are on a very similar production path in terms of time as we were last season, although of course we have to shoot an extra episode because we already shot the pilot last time. I think we will finish filming around February and we will air it at a later time. Soon after that.”
“No one wanted to get back on the air any faster than we did,” Lyle said. “But we went straight from finishing season one to season two.” “It’s a very sequential story, and we wanted to make sure that we didn’t rush into it, that we got it right. So, that was the first thing we could do.”
“One thing about the show doing really well that I might not have expected is how much responsibility Ashley, Jonathan and I and the entire team feel to earn the level of affection the audience shows,” Nickerson added. “The idea of introducing something that wasn’t as good as season one was just a very big idea. So, I said, ‘I think we should spend more time with this and make sure it’s really good.’ “”
