Tony Stark is known for his creative inventions, and Iron Man’s armor is probably the biggest of them all. However, he decided to outdo himself AX: Doomsday, a crossover event between Avengers, X-Men, and Eternals. A war broke out between the X-Men and the Eternals, with Earth’s most powerful heroes caught in the middle. Issue Two finds Iron Man in an unlikely team up with the heroic members of the Eternals and the evil X-Men, as they race to end the war before it causes irreversible damage. Unfortunately, their impressive creation can cause the earth to fall and reveal how Doomsday Get the right address.

AX: Doomsday #2 Comes from Kieron Gillen, Valerio Schiti, Marte Gracia, and VC’s Clayton Cowles. While the X-Men helps the X-Men defend Krakoa from the brutal Hex Eternals, Iron Man, Ajak, Makkari, Phastos and Mister Sinister are working hard in an effort to revive the Avengers Mountain, who is the long-dead Celestial Corps. Their multi-pronged plan includes harvesting relics from celestial digs such as Arishem the Judge, Dreaming Celestial, and other artifacts found in Asgard’s Destroyer armor. Iron Man’s biology is also in use since he recently owned Power Cosmic and drove Avengers Mountain through The king in black Event.
What our heroes are trying to do is collect all the ingredients they need to revive Avengers Mountain, while also controlling it so that it can only perform the tasks they agree to. Normally, Celestials would issue commands, but this time the person controlling Iron Man and the Eternals would be in control of stopping the X-Men/Eternals war. Their scientific experiment is successful, as Avengers awakens Mountain and orders Hex to stop his attack on Krakoa.
Just as Iron Man, Jack and McCurry prepare to celebrate, the tide is turning for the worse. Avengers Mountain returns to its original programming and decides doomsday on Earth. Avengers Mountain speaks psychologically so that everyone on Earth can hear it, remembering how unkind humanity was to itself, constantly bickering and fighting. With the planet destroyed, Avengers Mountain gives society 24 hours to justify its existence. People will be judged individually and collectively. If the celestial finds more people than the wicked, then all live. However, if the Earth is found imperfect, then tomorrow is not promised.
