Drew McIntyre is going home next month. September WWE Clash at the Castle It originates from Cardiff, Wales, a neighboring country to McIntyre Scotland, all within the United Kingdom. The stage couldn’t be bigger either, as the Scottish Warrior gets his first title against WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. The two have a long history together, facing each other in one-on-one bouts in WWE WrestleMania 35 And the Survivor Series 2020, but this is the first time the two teams have clashed with a title on the streak.
MacIntyre may be the “Scottish Warrior” of the day, but he may be looking to channel some of the flavor of “The Chosen One” to come at the big UK event. The former WWE Champion took to Twitter earlier today to share his character Clash in the castle Sticker and caption the photo with a familiar string of words.

The caption matches the chorus’ lyrics from McIntyre’s original WWE theme, “Broken Dreams.” Since his return to WWE in 2017, fans have demanded that McIntyre bring back popular music, which he confirmed was something he also wanted.

It can be said that there is no better time than Clash in the castlebut still, McIntyre wants whatever place he takes him back to create an atmosphere similar to Chris Jericho’s “Judas.”
“You saw what happened to the music of Jericho,” McIntyre said. “Everyone knows that song better, he better sings with every word or I’ll have to come back with my tail between my legs and go.”
While McIntyre has yet to use the song as his proper entry music since his comeback, excerpts from it were used in the promotional package for his NXT Title match against Bobby Roode in NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III.
