Hulk representative Mark Ruffalo addressed these concerns that there is too much Marvel content out there. The running time of this current collection of movies and TV shows easily dwarfs anything that came before. Each Marvel entry is under more scrutiny than the last as fans and critics alike await the truly “bad” entry from the current phase of this experiment. However, Ruffalo realizes that these things roll in cycles. He also notes that Stage 4 has more stylistic variation than anything the studio has produced before.

I understand these things take their course and then something else comes along.” “But the thing Marvel has done so well is that, within the MCU, just as with the comic books, they have allowed a director or actor of sorts to recreate each piece in their own style, and likeness to the material. “Yeah, I was like, I changed,” Ruth laughed. “It’s kind of fun. We used to hang out and frolic between shots, and we had a great time. I respect Mark a lot as an actor, so even under those weird and wonderful circumstances, that was a treasure.”
