Marvel’s Tom Holland announces social media has been discontinued due to mental health

Spider Man And the Avengers Star Tom Holland took to social media to announce that he’s actually taking a break from social media. The Marvel star posted an extensive video on his Instagram explaining why he decided to delete apps from his phone, referring specifically to the fact that they harm his mental health. Holland revealed, “I find Instagram and Twitter to be overstimulating, and overwhelming. I get sucked into binges and deteriorate when I read things about me online and in the end it’s very detrimental to my mental state. So I decided to take a step back and delete the app.”

The Netherlands spent most of the video talking about a series of useful apps from the charity trunk 4a group he works with through Brothers Trust. He specifically talked about the four different apps that Stem4 offers and how they help his group support them, directing fans to both the stem website as well as The Brothers Trust, which he runs alongside his three younger brothers. “Hey guys, I’ve been trying to do this for an hour now, and for someone who’s spent the last 13 or 14 years, and whatever I’ve been up to, I can’t seem to say what I want to say without ‘flattering’ and ‘reaching out’ every five minutes. So I’ll try again.So I’ve taken a break from social media for my mental health, because I find Instagram and Twitter to be overstimulating, and stressful.I realized it and deteriorated when I read things about me online and in the end it was very harmful to my mental state.So I decided To take a step back and delete the app.”

“In this very short return to Instagram, I thought it would be very important and a good idea to shed some light on a charity we are sponsoring which is STAM4. stem 4 It is a wonderful innovative tutorial. Its groundbreaking apps, clinically recommended website, and mental health conferences have all helped contribute to struggling young children.”

“There are four apps they offer. They are all completely free. The first is Calm Harm and to help manage and reduce intense feelings such as the urge to self-harm. The second is Clear Fear to help manage and reduce anxiety symptoms. The third is Shared Minds, to help friends and family members support Mental health of young people, and the fourth and last is Move Mode, to increase motivation and raise bad mood. ”

“The Brothers Trust supports this charity because we think it is a wonderful cause. There is a terrible stigma against mental health and I know that asking for help and asking for help is not something we should be ashamed of, but it is something that is much easier said than done. So hopefully these apps are Your first step towards being happier and healthier.”
