Marvel teases the return of Captain America’s sidekick Nomad

Nomad returns to the Marvel Universe, but which of Captain America’s former companions takes charge? This is the question Marvel is asking readers in a November teaser Captain America: The Symbol of Truth, where Nomad will make a dramatic return. Writer Tochi Onyebuchi and artist RB Silva Captain America: The Symbol of Truth Starring Sam Wilson earlier this year, working alongside her sister Captain America: Guard of Freedom Steve Rogers features authors Colin Kelly and Jackson Lanzing, and artist Carmen Carneiro.

Marvel has released teaser artwork for Nomad’s comeback Captain America: The Symbol of Truth, highlighting four characters previously suited to being a sidekick. Of course, Steve Rogers first adopted the nickname Nomad in 1974 captain America #180 When he got fed up with the US government, abandoning his star-studded uniform and armor to wear dark clothes and a cloak. Rogers was later followed by Edward Verbell and Jack Monroe, the latter gaining more fame as Nomad. The last to arrive is Ricky Barnes, a resident of the Heroes Reborn Universe that was created when the villain Onslaught was believed to have killed the Avengers and the Fantastic Four. Rikki Barnes will make other appearances in Marvel’s Multiverse before making a surprise appearance in the 2019 Future Foundation series.

The latest suspect is Ian Rogers, the adopted son of Steve from Dimension Z and the actual son of Arnim Zola.

The two Marvel Captain America series will collide in 2023 during a crossover event. The event, titled “Cold War,” promises to reveal the secret origin of Steve Rogers’ armor. A piece of “Cold War” teaser artwork released by Paco Medina and featuring several key players in Colin Kelly, Jackson Lanzing, and Carmen Carneiro. Captain America: Guard of Freedom and Tochi Onyebuchi and RB Silva’s Captain America: The Symbol of Truth. Steve and Sam are front and center, flanked by the Winter Soldier and hawk. Immediately behind them is a hooded figure and crossbones, followed by a group of villains such as the White Wolf. The mysterious nomad turned his back to the viewer to keep his identity secret. It’s worth noting that the Bedouin costume he wears with the staff in hand is similar to that worn by Ian Rogers, Steve’s adopted son of Dimension Z and the actual son of Arnim Zola.
