Hellraiser Reboot has an R rating.

With the franchise created by Clive Barker, Hillrice The series has a long history of blending gruesome blood, demonic presence, and sexuality, which includes Hulu’s upcoming adaptation of properties that embrace that graphic sensibility. The film has officially received an R rating, which probably won’t surprise audiences too much, since the source material is graphic and disturbing in nature. Arguably what makes this rating even more exciting is that it confirms that the project is nearly complete, and while there’s no confirmed release date yet, the timing of its rating could mean it’ll land on the streaming device just in time for Halloween.

the new Hillrice Rated for “strong, bloody horror violence, language throughout, some sexual content, and brief graphic nudity.”

The new film is described as “a faithful but sophisticated re-imagining of Clive Parker’s 1987 horror classic.”

Rather than simply trying to replicate exactly what made the original story work, the new film by director David Bruckner and writers Ben Collins and Luke Piotrovsky is taking their own take on the concept. One such adaptation that makes their movie different from the 1987 movie is that the main Cenobite, nicknamed “Pinhead” by fans, will be played by actress Jamie Clayton. While some fans may wonder why she would play the woman figure, Parker’s original description of the character includes details of the female characters, even though the characters are genderless.

The film also stars Odessa Azyoun.big armyAnd the Mark and Mary and some other people), Brandon Flynn (13 Reasons WhyAnd the torn), Goran Viznjik (boysAnd the ER), Drew Starkey (offshore banksAnd the Love, Simon), Adam Faison (Everything will be fineAnd the in the dark), Aoife Hinds (Ordinary peopleAnd the Anne Bolin(and Hiam Abbas)Blade Runner 2049And the Succession).

Producer David S. shared, “His work transcends and completely redefines the horror genre. Under David Bruckner, we’ll go back to the source and draw our inspiration from that original novel.”

Parker added, “After seeing some of David Bruckner’s new designs Hillrice The movie, they pay tribute to what the first movie made, but they take it to places it’s never been before. This is the Hillrice On a scale I simply did not expect. David and his team are steeped in the legends of the story, but what excites me is their desire to honor the original even as they revolutionized a new generation.”
