GothamFox’s Batman prequel series has been a streaming staple on Netflix for a long time. Even when the show was still running, new seasons were making their way to Netflix after airing, just like The CW’s Arrowverse shows. Well, next month is the end of an era for Gotham and Netflix, as the TV series is set to come out of Netflix entirely.
On Wednesday, Netflix released its monthly newsletter, to let subscribers know which movies and shows are being added to the service in September, as well as which titles are preparing to leave. GothamUnfortunately, it found itself on the last list.
September 29 will be GothamThe Final Day airs on Netflix, with all five seasons ending. At this time, there was no announcement as to where the show would go next. It wouldn’t be surprising, however, to see the series end up on HBO Max at some point, given that DC is a property of Warner Bros. Discovery.
Gotham It is one of the many titles that will be out of Netflix in the coming weeks. Here is the full list of movies and shows leaving Netflix next month:
