Iman “Pokimane” Anys has finally announced when she will be back broadcasting on Twitch. Earlier this summer, Pokimane revealed to her fans that she will be quitting Twitch for an indefinite period of time. And while many have been excited to see when one of Twitch’s biggest streaming players will finally return, after just over a month, Pokimane will be back on the platform later this week.
Announced on Twitter today, Pokimane has announced that it will begin its broadcast schedule again Thursday, September 1. Poki’s first return stream to Twitch is set to specifically at 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST. As for what will happen during this broadcast, Pokimane has yet to say. However, it is likely that she might reveal to her fans what she was up to during some of her vacation times.

Speaking more about why Pokimane took a break from Twitch in the first place, she explained to fans last month that she was starting to feel like she needed to reset my mind. She thanked her fans for letting her get away from Twitch in the first place, but also stressed that she needed to take time off just for her health.
“I was feeling the need to reset my mind and take some time to focus on myself [and] my life right now. [In my opinion] Adequate rest periods are essential to a person’s health [and] Career longevity, and I’m so grateful for the support you’ve all given me over the years,” Bokimane said on Twitter at the time of announcing her break. Thanks for putting me in a situation where I can take a vacation like that. We look forward to returning refreshed and ready to provide more content.”
