On Monday, Rivers Gov. Nisom Waik addressed the fractures in the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), noting that while nothing has happened yet, “something will happen” soon.

The ruling, who was at odds with DPP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar over the results of the presidential primaries, made the statement at the inauguration of Enica Inland Roads in the state’s Obio Akpur district.

The former presidential candidate maintains that no one has the power to intimidate him about any decision he makes and assures that he will always act ethically no matter what “gang” is against him.

“Anyone who knows me knows that once I’ve made up my mind and believe what I’m doing is right, if you so desire, let all the people work as a team, and as much as my conscience is clear, I will always do what I do,” said Wake.

“We should all be calm. I heard what’s going on at the PDP,” I said. By the grace of God, something will happen even if nothing has happened yet.

In order to restore harmony within the party, Wake and his supporters in the main opposition party demanded the resignation of Eurasia Ayew, the national head of the PDP. According to the dailypost report.
