Atascocita, Texas (KTRK) – MPs mourn the loss of their brother,[هرس]province[بكت]. 3 – Representative Omar Orsin, who was tragically killed while dining for his family in Atascocita on Sunday.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said they are completely in disbelief and unable to comprehend this foolish act.
“Rep. Orsin was a colleague, a friend, a brother, and so much more,” the ministry said. “His bright smile and warm presence will not be replaced.”
According to the deputies, Ursin was a six-year veteran of the department, serving as deputy roads and school resource officer.
Most recently, he was working as an environmental crime investigator, MPs said.
HCSO says Ursin was a citizen of Channelview and volunteered in youth outreach programs to orient adoptive children prior to enrolling in the police academy.
“He was a very devoted son, husband and father to his family. He left behind his parents, wife, daughter, siblings and countless friends and family,” the department said. “We know they will cherish his memory forever, as we will.”
Deputies have requested that they preserve the Ursin family and PCt. 3 Family in your prayers.
Orsen was picked up from Conroe and taken to a funeral home on Monday.
