Dragon Ball Creator reveals most concern about Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero Edition

The original creator of Dragon Ball Super revealed his thoughts after the release of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero around the world, unlocking his fears during the premiere of the new movie story! One of the most exciting aspects about the film outside of Gohan and Piccolo being in the center of the action is the fact that it’s the first new anime release since Dragon Ball Super: Broly hit theaters four long years ago. It also has a much different storyline than that seen in that movie, and original creator Akira Toriyama earlier worried it wouldn’t have as much impact.

Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero It may grab the box office worldwide, but it is also notable that it has a much less explosive story on the outside than seen in the past in the anime. As revealed by Toriyama in a Special statement to celebrate the global release of the new filmOne of the creators’ initial concerns was that the smaller storyline and largely removing Goku and Vegeta from the equation would make the action generally quieter than in previous works. But that anxiety disappeared when he watched him move.

“Given how they went into the universe and the other large-scale phases, I thought I’d go back to my roots and tell the story on Earth in a small area,” Toriyama explained. “Not only that, but the enemy is the Red Ribbon Army, an enemy that wasn’t very effective when I originally created the series. Plus, Goku and Vegeta aren’t even the main characters. I think I managed to make an interesting story, but I was always worried that maybe I might It made it a little faint.”

but with the staff Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero Led by director Tetsuro Kodama, Toriyama’s fears faded as he said, “Then came Director Kodama and the talented animator crew. They took a relatively small story—compared to the last Dragon Ball universe—and with them an unparalleled feel and its latest picture, making it an incredible and unprecedented film!” Fans are anything, Toriyama wouldn’t really have anything to worry about in the first place!
