Assault suspect wanted for punching Venus Nail Salon employee after refusing to pay for services, Harris County deputies say!

Harris County, Texas (KTRK) – The mayor’s office said that when a customer refused to pay for a service she received at a nail salon in western Harris County, she assaulted an employee with her bare fists.

Representatives said the accident occurred on August 7 at the Venus Nail Salon in Block 1100 off South Mason Road.

At about 5 p.m., MPs said the woman walked in and asked the salon employee for several specific nail applications.

When the employee finished, she told the woman that the service came to $280.

According to the officials, the woman refused to pay and told the employee that she had no money. That was when the employee allegedly requested payment again, before closing the business and calling 911 to report the woman.

Deputies said that at that moment, the woman began to drop things and hit the employee with a closed fist several times.

The suspect allegedly snatched the door remotely and ran away.

Representatives described her as a black woman in her early twenties. She is around 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs anywhere from 130 to 140 pounds.

Anyone with information on this suspect is urged to contact the Harris County Police Office’s Violent Crimes Unit at 713-274-9100. Crime stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the indictment and/or arrest of the suspect in this case. Information may also be reported by calling 713-222-8477.
