NXT 2.0 And the NXT UK They gathered on Sunday afternoon for NXT Worlds clash event, put both companies in one space before NXT Europe Launch in 2023. All NXT 2.0 heroes and NXT UK The champions met in the ring for unification matches, powerfully gathering brands. With the love of both brands, there was bound to be some controversy when which champion would top and unite their division titles.
Mandy Rose was one of those champions, defeating NXT UK Women’s Champion Meiko Satomura and Blair Davenport to unite the two titles and become the undisputed NXT Women’s Champion. Of course, fans had mixed feelings about the outcome.
There were a lot of fans who expected the legendary Meiko Satomura to win titles, and possibly move Mandy Rose back to the WWE main roster. Instead, Rose pinned Davenport when Satomura wasn’t in the ring, leaving some fans happy and some fans disappointed.
