Warner Bros. canceled Discovery many HBO Max shows plus bat girl movie, but there are still some DC projects coming to the streaming site. Batman It was released earlier this year and featured Colin Farrell as Oswald “Oz” Cobblebut AKA The Penguin. When the movie hit theaters, it already had a part of HBO Max development set to follow the character Farrell. Last month, the series was confirmed to be safe, and it looks like the show will start production next year.
according to weekly production, Production of the Penguin series is expected to begin in New York on February 6th. In March, HBO Max gave a direct order to the series for Batman Executive series produced by Matt Reeves, Farrell, Dylan Clark, and Lauren for Frank, who writes and serves as a presenter.

During an interview with SFX Magazine (Across radar games), Clarke talked about the upcoming series and compared it to Scarface.
