The Mandalorian to appear at Disneyland

The Mandalorian is coming to Disneyland. The Mandolorian and Grogu will appear in the Disneyland version of Star Wars: Galaxy Edge Starting in late November. Grogu will be a detailed animation held by the Mandalorian. When announcing The Mandalorian and Grogu’s appearances in the gardens, Jon Favreau told D23 Expo attendees that their arrival had been “years in the making.” You can get a glimpse of the new characters at Disneyland below:

Galaxy’s Edge has always had “encounters” with iconic Star Wars characters, mostly from the sequel trilogy. Characters who regularly appear on the site include Rey, Chewbacca, and Kylo Ren. However, it wouldn’t be the first time characters from the Disney+ series have appeared in a Disneyland version of Galaxy’s Edge. The area also welcomed characters from boba fett book Earlier this year, Boba Fett and Fennec Shand debuted for a limited time. Based on the announcement, The Mandalorian and Grogu will be permanent additions to the Galaxy’s Edge.

Disney also recently revealed a trailer for The Mandalorian Season three, which is set to premiere on Disney+ next year. Details about the new season are relatively light, but Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Breakout star Babu Frick will appear on the show. Season 3 appears to include more details about the puritanical Mandalorian sect to which main character Dean Garen belongs, as well as the growing tensions between him and prospective Mandalorian leader Bo Kattan Crazy. At the end of last season, Din Djarin acquired the Darksaber, an artifact that makes him the “true leader” of Mandalore according to some Mandalorian customs.

The Mandalorian and Grogu will appear in Star Wars at Disneyland – Galaxy’s Edge later this year.
