Vyapam case: Candidate, aide sentenced to jail for impersonation!

New Delhi, Sep 12 (IANS) A special court in the Vyapam cases in Gwalior has convicted four persons, including one who approached him and his aide, for category II in the Samvida Shala Shikshak Patrata Pariksha 2011. years of comprehensive imprisonment.

The court sentenced Jitendra Kumar Jatav (arrival) and Gulab Singh Patel (resolver) to jail besides imposing a fine of Rs 13,100 each.

The CBI had taken over the case on August 4, 2015 as requested by the Supreme Court.

An FIR has been registered against the accused and others at Dehat police headquarters in Bhind on charges of pantomime.

During the examination, it was revealed that Samvida Shala Shikshak, led by Vyapam for Rs 1 Lakh, went to organize a willing challenger to a person whom he guaranteed to be selected through pantomime in the qualifying assessment.

Instead, the broker promised to give Rs 10,000 as commission for each future. Likewise, Gulab Singh came to the test impersonating Jitendra Jatav.

A special court tracked down the accused and sentenced them to four years of rigorous imprisonment.
