Summer may be over, but it looks like AJ McLean is ready for a trip back to the beach in his new role. singer took Instagram To share a picture bounced from vacation a year ago and two pictures he took recently, to show off his amazing transformation and shedding of his father’s body:
AJ McLean isn’t the only celebrity to post about not having a father, like SWAT Superstar Shemar Moore also recently shared his progress. But it’s good to see that McLean is healthy and sober, and he’s excited about his goals. The Backstreet Boy said it’s just the beginning, so fans might expect another shirtless update or two in the future as it continues.
With The Backstreet Boys Tour, it’s not like AJ McLean leads an inactive lifestyle even outside of the gym! Singing and dancing in front of huge crowds night after night must take a lot of energy, so thank him for being “amazing” about himself.
Meanwhile, singing with the Backstreet Boys isn’t the only type of performance that McLean has given in recent years. McClain competed in the 29th season of Dancing with the stars, in seventh place. Dancing is totally exercise, and McClain has been doing that and more to get to a place where he feels happy with himself, and it’s so cool to see.
AJ McLean isn’t the only BSB member to have posted about weight loss recently. Back in February, Nick Carter posted a side-by-side weight loss update where he showed off his amazing transformation and how happy he is with himself.
The Backstreet Boys are currently on their DNA World Tour until spring next year, although McLean’s daughter doesn’t like him to wander, so fans can continue to see the fruits of McLean’s work while performing with his famous group.
