Now that Diego Luna’s Disney+ series is Andor Arriving at the streaming service, a new name is about to be added to the ranks: Toby Haynes.
We were lucky enough to preview the first three episodes of Andor, which is available for Star Wars fans Disney + . subscriptionand the most important thing we have reached is the ease with which it is carried out Andor Director Toby Haynes has balanced several storylines that spanned different locations, and even different timelines. The show, so far, takes us to previously unexplored locations in the Star Wars universe. (Hooray, no transfers for Tatooine!) The entire show feels like Star Wars, and when we spoke with the Andor cast, they liked it because Tony Haynes is himself a cool geek, who was treated every day on set like a gift. Morbius Superstar Adria Anjunawho plays Bix Caleen on the series, said this about her director:
It was wonderful working with him. It was very fun. He had this really interesting energy about him, which was really infectious and contagious. He himself is impressed. So he’d be really excited about the props. And I mean, we all did because the second time you walk into a Star Wars set, your stomach kind of drips, and you’re like, “Oh my God, I’m in Star Wars.” And you know that you are part of something much bigger than you. And Toby was getting that every day.
There seems to be a legitimate love for the world and these environments captured on screen Andor. We stay inside collapsing spaceships and wander around alien planets, reminding us that this is out of the ordinary, and a special place to visit. The director’s enthusiasm was captured by Kyle Soler, who plays Diego Luna’s antagonist on the series, Cyril Karn. When we praised Toby Haynes, Soler was quick to add:
I think it’s very cool. As a collaborator, it’s great to work with. It is really inspiring. He said that cool thing when another character was trying to do things differently, and Tony was feeding him different ways to do it while keeping the camera rolling. The man said, “Okay, well, well.” Then he cut off, and said, Don’t worry about it. We’re just trying to catch smoke here. That’s all we’re trying to do. And I said, “That’s so beautiful.”
Managers don’t always have to get along with their team members. I mean just look at all of do not worry my love drama Which distracted viewers from the movie itself. But when the cast buys the director’s vision, it could lead to a special, which I think we have in it Andor. The rest of the series still has to play. After all, we loved Obi-Wan Kenobi when it started…but then it continued.
