Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Now gearing up for the anime’s comeback with a third season now in the works for release in the near future, one cool cosplay is perfectly prepared for Mitsuri Kanrouji’s big takeover in the upcoming big anime arc! The second season of the series wrapped up the events of the Entertainment District arc of Koyoharu Gotoge’s original manga series, and fans were excited to see how exciting each of the fights would be at the end of the season. But it was really just the beginning of what was to come.
The Entertainment District was the first in a series of tougher battles and challenges awaiting Tanjiro Kamado and his friends, and that also means we’ll see more of Hashira in action as well. With the start of the third season of the anime in Swordsmith Village Arc, Love Hashira Mitsuri will be at the forefront and center of the main demonic fight this time. Now there’s an awesome cosplay from artist @snickerdoodlechan on Instagram reminding fans of just how much of an obsession Mitsuru is really going to get with the new season! Check it out below:
Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc It is currently in preparation for release, but has yet to reveal a window or release date as of this writing. It was announced that ufotable’s main cast will return to oversee the new season, and the cast from previous seasons will return as well. With the new arc bringing Love Hashira into battle for the first time, fans can also look forward to seeing more of Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito, in the series with next season as well.
This time around, there will be two Hashira leading the main battles unlike the single main Hashira seen in previous arcs, a reflection of how difficult things are for Tanjiro and the others. With the defeat of the first member of the upper echelons of Muzan in the second season, the rest of the upper echelon demons would make their move as demon slayers had now attracted their attention. It’s bad for Tanjiro, but good for the fans.
