Walt Disney Animation Studios is no stranger to creating new worlds for viewers to explore, but Disney’s latest animation feature coming out later this year is about new worlds. strange world Inspired by the pulp adventure stories of the early twentieth century and imagine a whole new land filled with strange and unusual creatures beneath the surface of the earth. As one can imagine, creating completely new environments can be a challenge.
CinemaBlend recently had a chance to sit down with her strange world Director Don Hall and we asked him how he and the Disney animators created the world and the creatures that lived within it for the upcoming Disney movie. Hall says he has some permanent rules regarding what creatures will be acceptable in this world. The first rule was that nothing could have a face. Hall explains…

Instead, we get things that are round and full of curves. On the other hand, these creatures still look unusual, but they are also more welcoming, allowing viewers to get attached to them. Hall continued…
strange world Certainly similar to what the title indicates. Don Hall previously co-directed Big Hero 6 And the Raya and the last dragon, which gives us a hint that we might be involved in a very Disney-heavy adventure. The movie arrives thanksgiving.
