2-year-old found dead in car: Judge revokes bond for Bolanle Fadairo, charged with murder in Michael Essien and toddler’s deaths!

Houston, Texas (KTRK) – A judge did not provide bail for a man accused of killing his father and two-year-old son during his court appearance Friday morning.

Polanli Vadero, 38, is accused of shooting and killing 38-year-old Michael Essien during a financial altercation outside a striptease center at 5500 Block El Camino del Rey Tuesday afternoon.

He allegedly took his car and left it with Essien’s 2-year-old child inside.

Investigators said Fedaero caught the camera as she parked the stolen car and shut it down with the windows open while the temperature outside reached 93 degrees. The boy was found dead inside the stolen car hours later.

Fedaero appeared before a judge in Court 482 on Friday morning.

He appeared handcuffed and wearing an orange jumpsuit, but said nothing during the session.

Daero is charged with two counts of murder and one count of tampering with physical evidence. According to records, he tried to destroy the text messages after the murders.

The judge said, “(Fdayro) admitted that there were texts criminalizing between him and the deceased, clarifying the dispute over money, and he deleted them after he killed the deceased.”

Records revealed that Fedaero had known Essien for about 30 years and even used the victim’s home address to receive mail, according to the court video.

“(Fadero) stated that the argument started with (Essian), he owes him money,” the court documents read. Vadero was appointed by Essien.

A judge in the Court of Probable Cause had previously set Federo’s bail at $1.5 million – but the amount of the bail was changed when he appeared on Friday. The judge changed his security deposit to zero due to the possibility that he would be charged with premeditated murder.

“Because of the ongoing nature of the investigation and the possibility of an increase in the charge, I think the judge decided, deferring bail now, to keep it at zero, until that decision can be made,” Attorney General Jim O’Donnell said.

The attorney general said one of the factors they are investigating is whether the two-year-old was in the back seat of the stolen car.

It was revealed in court that he never admitted whether or not he knew the child was in the back.

According to Fedaero’s attorney, the suspect works three jobs to support a child, and earns $15,000 a year.

Federo’s next hearing is scheduled for 45 days.
