WWE and Peacemaker Star John Cena breaks the Guinness World Record for Make-A-Wish

John Cena is busier than ever these days between his various film and TV projects and occasional return visits to WWE, but despite his always busy workload, Cena has always taken the time to turn his Make-A-Wish requests into reality. Make-A-Wish has always been important to Cena and has been a sought-after number one star for quite some time. In 2012, Make-A-Wish granted a thousand wish, and now it’s been announced that Cena has been broken Guinness World Record The Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Most Wishes Granted 650 Wishes. Of all of Cena’s many accomplishments, it would be difficult to highlight one that means so much more.

No other star has come close to granting as many wishes as Cena, and in 2015 he was honored for granting 500 of them, and he’s going to make it happen as often as he can. “I just drop everything,” Cena said at the time. “If I can provide a great experience, I will be the first to do my part.”

“I want them to have an experience that will stay with them forever,” Cena said. “I would never want children or their families to be treated in such a way that they feel as if they are against anything at all.”

Make-A-Wish CEO David Williams couldn’t be more exciting than the amount of time Cena dedicates to making an impact on children’s lives, which is important. “He’s an artist, but he’s a fighter,” Williams said. “In the end, these kids are fighting, just fighting a different kind of fight. That’s what resonates so much with these kids.”

Cena started working with Make-A-Wish in 2002 and has been making wishes come true ever since. That doesn’t seem to change either, and that’s great news.
