‘Dancing with the Stars’: Len Goodman breaks tie among judges to decide 2nd elimination on episode dedicated to Elvis Presley!

Los Angeles — Dancing with the Stars celebrates the music and legacy of Elvis Presley during the second week of the competition. That means two full hours of shows designed to celebrate the king of rock and roll!

These dance routines explored different periods of Presley’s career: his early days in rock, the era of Hollywood on the big screen, and his triumphant return to Las Vegas.

We learned about one thread in Dancing Shield early on: Professional dancer Daniela Karajac tested positive for COVID-19, so she had to self-quarantine. Her partner, Joseph Pena, danced with band member Alexis Warr.

All in all, it was another great night of competition and in the end, we saw a triple tie for first place with Wayne Brady, Charlie Di Amelio and Gabi Wendy.

Many other couples have significantly improved their scores from the first week.

Judge Derek Hogg said, “Practice does not make perfect, practice makes progress.” “Everyone come forward tonight.”

However, one couple had to hang up their dancing shoes for season 31. The combined judges’ scores and viewers’ votes were in the bottom two places.

Judges Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli voted to retain Giudice. Carrie Ann Inaba Ladd voted. The final decision came to Chief Justice Lynn Goodman, opting to keep Ladd and her partner, Louis van Amstel.

This means that Teresa Giudice and Pasha Pashkov were eliminated.

Fourteen pairs will be returning next week and the theme will be the music for 60 years of the James Bond movie franchise.
