While the manga release of the series may already be setting the stage for the next major phase of the series after all that happened on the isolated island of Wano, the anime is preparing for the crucial final phase of battles across Onigashima as a variety. The Straw Hats find their way into their main battles for the bow.
Robin herself has been a strange player in the war across Onigashima so far as initially focused on discovering more of Wano’s secrets, she finds herself in the midst of a massive battle against Tobi Robo’s member Black Maria when he calls on Sanji to help her. We haven’t yet seen an update from the fight yet, but it’s hard to deny how amazing Robin looks at the moment…especially with her latest makeover. Latest episodes piece He ended the fight between Luffy and Kaido on the surface of the Dome of the Skull. With great prosperity bringing this battle between the two to an end, it was revealed that Luffy still didn’t have enough to face the Emperor. Despite all his training to master the use of Conqueror’s Haki to color his attacks against the Emperor, Luffy still loses this battle and is now sent tumbling into the ocean below. But as manga fans may know, this is really just the beginning of the next bigger battle.
Without giving away much of what is left to come for those who may not have caught up with the manga, the war is actually just beginning. Fans may have seen Luffy lose to Kaido again, but like Law and Kid now battling Big Mom and the basements of the Skull Dome, Luffy still hasn’t fully given up yet. The Straw Hats still have to do that too, so now it’s all about seeing everything play out with Robin and the others!
