A new trailer for “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” has arrived.
The official trailer for the follow-up to the 2018 global phenomenon was revealed on Monday.

Marvel debuted the movie’s official teaser, which is set on the Tems cover of Bob Marley’s “No Woman, No Cry,” at San Diego Comic-Con in July. Watch the joke over here.
Ryan Coogler returns to write and direct the follow-up to the 2018 Oscar-nominated global phenomenon, which has grossed more than $1.3 billion worldwide. The film, which was released in February 2018, has been considered a cornerstone for Marvel with its black superhero and mostly black actor in the lead.
Marvel Cinematic Universe fans may also be interested in how the sequel honors the legacy of late actor Chadwick Boseman. Bosman, who died of cancer at the age of 43 in August 2020, played King T’Challa, or Black Panther, in the 2018 blockbuster film.

The official summary of the supplemental segment reads: “Queen Ramunda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Leetitia Wright), Mapako (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and Dora Milagi (including Florence Kasumba), fight to protect their nation from meddling global powers in the wake of King T’Challa dies. As the Wakandans strive to embrace the next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda.”

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever: Who will return for the sequel?
Many of the stars of the first film return for the sequel; Bassett reprises her role as Queen Ramonda, Wright reprises her role as Shuri, Duke reprises his role as M’Baku, Gurira reprises her role as Okoye, Kasumba reprises her role as Ayu, Nyong’o reprises as Nakia and Freeman returns as Everett K. Ross.
A slew of new talents are also slated to appear in the film, including Tenoch Huerta, Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Mabel Cadena and Alex Livinalli.
What will happen to Chadwick Boseman in “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever?”
Marvel Studios previously revealed that Boseman’s character, King T’Challa, or Black Panther, will not be recast.

coogler previously opened About how “difficult” it was to move forward with the film after Bosman’s tragic death.
