Katie, Texas – The big hypothetical question people often ask themselves is what they would do if they won the lottery. One lucky resident of Katy got the answer to this question after matching all six numbers drawn in Texas Lotto Jackpot Draw that took place in September.
The winner received a $19 million ticket purchased at the Master Food Mart, located at 13053 E. FM 1097 Road, in Willis. When purchasing the ticket, the plaintiff selects the cash prize option and will receive $1,992,501.82 before taxes in accordance with Texas Lottery.
The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, told Texas Lottery that they plan to use the money for travel and business.
