warning! The following contains spoilers from Walker Season 3 premiere “World On A String”. Read at your own risk!
Walker He wasted no time in getting involved in the season 3 premiere, being cast in the second season of cliffhanger who showed Cordell In trouble. The Texas Ranger has been kidnapped by a gang of men and driven away in a car, leaving his friends and family wondering about his whereabouts. Finally, they find out that Walker is in grave danger, and it looks like he’ll be old enough to really change the character going forward.
This group of highly trained criminals took Cordell to a black site, and did everything in their power to smash him. idea, like WalkerThe season 3 premiere of Season 3 has been revealed, as these guys are somehow connected to the larger criminal activity in the area (they seem to belong to gangs), and they want Walker to act as their informant so they can keep an eye on the movements of Texans. Notice.
Walker was ready to be tortured and tortured within an inch of his life before he agreed, which bothered me because it was hard to watch. Weirdly enough, when criminals dragged in his brother HusamIt seemed as if his position had changed. Jared Padalecki Fresh from Harry Styles’ party looktalk to TVLine On a tough lesson Cordell has ahead of him in Season 3, and how that might change the way he acts as a character in the future:
We’ve seen Walker go through a lot, and when he lost Emily who we were back with in season 1, we saw him run away, trying to avoid it. Then we saw Walker realize how his family was affected by his avoidance and absence. So he doesn’t want to make the same mistake. That doesn’t mean he wouldn’t make another mistake of a different kind… He knew when he signed up, whether he was in the Marines or now in law enforcement, that his life was in danger. He’s got a target on his back, and he’s somewhat accepting of that. But now that it’s more clear that his job and lifestyle have put his family and loved ones at risk, he’s going to scramble a little bit about how to make everyone feel better and safer, and we kind of see him spiraling in a different direction.
Liam is now officially at risk of being tortured, which seems like the exact kind of torture Cordell can’t stand. The Walker The hero is okay with absorbing all the punishments associated with protecting the people he loves, but it’s a different story when these criminals go and hurt the people he loves. One has to wonder if this is a consequence of him Losing friends like Mickey In the second season, who can get it I think about it And others can lose because of this job.
I can’t help but wonder if Cordell would face a crisis of confidence or lose some of his edge just by saying and doing all this experience. After all, once word spread that the easiest way to break it was by targeting his family, he would have some difficulty entering forcefully into every situation without regard for his own safety. He would need to get smarter, or at least ensure the safety of his family before acting.
There is also a part of me that wonders if Walker Cordell may have been set up to be “broken” by his captors, and will play ball as an informant until he can find a way to bring them down while still Ensuring the safety of his family. If anyone can pull off something impossible like this, it’s him. We just have to wait and see how Walker gets out of this, and how he changes it in the future.
