Garden Club of Houston to hold its annual Bulb & Plant Mart, celebrating 80 years!

Houston, Texas — Despite hurricanes, freezing, and random weather events, Houstonians are truly digging into their gardening and plant life—especially during a pandemic, as many thumbs are getting greener while indoors in their yards.

To that end, the Garden Club of Houston hosts its long market for plant connoisseurs, gardeners, and even those unfamiliar with a rose from weeds. The Garden Club in Houston will hold its annual session a lamp & Planet Mart This week, which this year celebrates its amazing 80th anniversary.

Plant lovers and those interested in gardening can head to Church of Saint John the Divine (2450 River Oaks Blvd.) for sale is beloved, featuring everything from amaryllis to zinnia. Preview night starts from 5pm to 7pm Thursday October 13th; The event features music and snacks. The sale runs from Friday, October 14th (9am-5pm) through Saturday, October 15th (9am-2pm).
