Houston crime: Robbery suspect wanted for stealing man’s money at ATM in Meyerland Plaza, police say!

Houston, Texas (KTRK) – It seems like thieves aren’t waiting until it’s completely dark outside to commit burglaries, according to a recent report from Houston Police. A man was allegedly robbed while sitting in his car at an ATM in Maryland Plaza.

The burglary happened again on September 3 at about 8:30 p.m., according to police. They just posted a surveillance photo of the suspect they’re looking for.

Police said the suspect suddenly approached the victim, pointing his gun at him and demanding money. The victim did what he was asked.

Then the suspect got on a bicycle and rode it in an unknown direction.

The police described him as a white man, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, 150 pounds, and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing an all-black outfit.

About three weeks later, another robbery occurred at an ATM in southwest Houston. In this case, the victim’s screams startled the robber and made him run down the street.
