chainsaw man The second part prepares for the first real challenge of Asa Mitaka and War Devil Yoru, and the thrill of the latest chapter of the series is the thrill of Asa’s first battle as a demon! The second part of the series started with the introduction of a new main character, Asa. Completely separate from Denji’s journey (in fact, Denji didn’t show himself until a few chapters in Part Two of Run), Asa opened up a whole new side of this demon-infested world as she was suddenly pushed into the middle of it.
Through this new life, I actually made a very close friend named Yuko, and the two continued this bond through the following seasons. But the previous chapter takes this in a dark new direction when Yuko reveals that she has made a contract with the Justice Devil and plans to get revenge on all of Asa’s bullies. But as the new chapter of the series heads Asa and Yoru to school to stop Yuko, the fight continues now that we will soon see the Demon of War in full combat.
The previous chapter of the series saw Yuko telling Asa to avoid school the next day, and chapter 106 of chainsaw man She picks up while Asa and Yuru discuss what that could mean. With Yoru in control of the body, they end up going to school with the intention of using it as a lure for the Chainsaw man. If not, killing Yuko would put them in the Devil Hunter Club and thus closer to the Chainsaw Man as well. Yoru intends to kill Yuko either way since her telepathic power means she knows their contract, and soon the action itself begins.
Confronting each other in the hallway, Yuko tries not to fight like Asa likes, but Yoru’s hatred instead sets in to her full transformation in the Justice Devil. With her ability to tell Yoru’s every move, this will be Asa’s first real difficult confrontation with the War Demon. Besides the fact that dingy is floating in there as well and could step in at any time, things will only get a lot tougher.
